Crazy Easy, Gluten Free, Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookies

Gluten Free Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookies
Yields 10-12 Cookies


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 over-ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp raisins or chocolate chips
  • 1/16 tsp salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mash the banana with the peanut butter, then add all other ingredients and mix until well-combined
  3. Shape into cookies and bake for around 14 minutes
